Dr. Amina Venson, PT, DPT, Clinic Director

Dr. Amina Venson is an experienced physical therapist at El Paso Pelvic Health, bringing a unique blend of expertise and cultural insight to her practice. Originally from Oklahoma with Italian heritage, Amina is fluent in both Italian and Spanish, allowing her to effectively connect with and serve the diverse El Paso community. Having made El Paso her home since 2019, Amina’s passion for pelvic floor physical therapy was sparked by witnessing a close friend’s challenging postpartum journey, which deepened her commitment to this specialized field. Amina is particularly dedicated to providing exceptional care and support for the LGBTQ+ community, ensuring that all patients receive the compassionate, personalized treatment they deserve.

 

 

Dr. Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2012 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018 from the University of Texas at El Paso. With diverse experience in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient pelvic health, Ashley completed her pelvic residency with the Women’s Rehab and Men’s Health program at UPMC Rehabilitation Institute in December 2023. A certified lymphedema therapist, she expanded her expertise in oncology, served as a teaching assistant at the University of Pittsburgh, and developed two Medbridge courses. Returning to El Paso Pelvic Health in January 2024. She is scheduled to take her women’s certified specialty examination with the APTA in spring 2024, she aspires to continue teaching at the University of Texas at El Paso and volunteer with the APTA Pelvic Academy.

Dr. Kirstin Schultz, PT, DPT

Dr. Kirstin joined El Paso Pelvic Health in 2022 after moving from Washington D.C. via Kansas. Dr. Kirstin enjoys incorporating a full-body and individualistic approach with her patients that combines her love of yoga with education on posture and proper body-mechanics. There is so much she wishes she had known about how the pelvic floor can improve peri- and postpartum life and is passionate about being able to share this knowledge with patients. In her free time, Dr. Kirstin enjoys hiking with her family, traveling, trying to keep her plants alive, and getting outside as much as possible (heat index dependent!) in the Southwest.

 

 

Dr. Jay earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Southwest Baptist University and brings a wealth of experience in orthopedic care, aquatic therapy, and pelvic floor rehabilitation for both men and women. Specializing in pelvic health, she has received training through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and has worked extensively with a wide range of pelvic floor conditions, including chronic pelvic pain, incontinence, urgency, pre- and postpartum care, dyspareunia, post-prostatectomy rehabilitation, testicular pain, and constipation over the past 5 years. Janeisha is deeply passionate about empowering her patients by offering them hope, a compassionate space where they feel heard, and practical tools for healing. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and two dogs, traveling, exploring new cuisines, and diving into a good book.

Brittany, a graduate of Western Technical College, discovered her passion for pelvic health early on, beginning as a volunteer and obtaining her license as a physical therapist assistant just a year later. Driven by a deep desire to serve and support her community, Brittany is committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those she treats. Outside of her professional pursuits, she is a dedicated mother to her 15-year-old daughter and embraces the challenge of competing in bodybuilding competitions, reflecting her disciplined and determined nature.

 

 

Sol joined El Paso Pelvic Health in 2023, embarking on a new journey in pelvic floor dysfunction as a Physical Therapist Assistant. With a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of El Paso Texas and PTA certification from Western Tech, Sol is passionate about treating all genders and pediatrics, focusing on issues such as pelvic pain, peri/postpartum care, prolapse, and incontinence. Sol employs a holistic approach, combining strengthening and down-training techniques to witness patients’ transformative progress during therapy sessions. Beyond the clinic, she cherishes spending quality time with her family, especially her dogs.

Alondra graduated with distinction from Western Technical College in 2024. A proud native of El Paso, Alondra is particularly passionate about serving the Spanish-speaking community in her hometown, recognizing the critical importance of providing care in one’s native language to ensure clear communication and optimal progress. Alondra is dedicated to breaking down language barriers and delivering compassionate, effective care to those in need. Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys staying active at the gym, reading, and exploring new destinations through travel.

 

 

Amber joined El Paso Pelvic Health after graduating from UTEP with her Bachelors in Rehabilitation Science in 2020. She has always been passionate about women’s health, so she was excited to get the opportunity to work at the first pelvic clinic in her hometown. She enjoys creating content for our social media page. On her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, swimming and Pilates.

Tiffany became a part of El Paso Pelvic Health when the clinic opened its doors in 2020, and she has been a passionate advocate for women’s health ever since. She takes great pride in being part of such a dedicated and compassionate team. Tiffany holds a degree in business management from BYU-I, a background that has proven invaluable as she oversees both the clinic and her personal businesses. Beyond her professional work, Tiffany is deeply committed to giving back to the community, volunteering with multiple organizations and her church. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and—above all—cherishing moments with her husband, children, and grandchildren.

 

 

Dr. Stephanie is a board-certified specialist in Pelvic Rehabilitation with advanced post-doctoral training in Obstetric Physical Therapy, Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute, and specialized coursework in the treatment of Bowel Dysfunction and Pelvic Pain with Herman and Wallace, Nicole Cozean and the Pelvic Academy with the American Physical Therapy Association.

As the owner of Inertia Pelvic Physiotherapy in Midland, Texas, she is passionate about leading her team and raising awareness of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction in the El Paso community. Dr. Stephanie and her husband, Kent, live in Midland with their beloved rescue dog, Iris, and continue to be dedicated advocates for the health and well-being of their patients.
